RunTrainRace Coaching Programs
It is easy to find a generic plan on the web, or in a book or magazine. A coached program, by contrast, offers a plan built specifically for you.
RunTrainRace offers fully coached programs, where you will be guided by an experienced coach who will work directly with you, who can explain the purpose of every workout, and who will follow your progress for the duration of the training cycle.
In measuring and assessing your progress week by week, your coach will help you work through challenges, adapt the program when necessary, and invite your feedback as you train. You can ask questions and get advice about your race goals, your race strategy, race nutrition, training and racing gear, how to avoid or deal with injuries while training, and your overall training experience.
In short, your coaches will be your personal resource and training guide. A training plan from a website can't do that.
Your individualized training plan will be available online at our Training Center. You will receive a training schedule built for you, based on your goals, your pace target, and your schedule. The Training Center will also include instructional workout videos, interval calculators, and additional resources for running, racing, and recovery.
Led by head coach Paul Carmona, the RunTrainRace coaches have trained hundreds of runners across the United States for dozens of races, from first-time half-marathoners to Boston Marathon qualifiers.
RunTrainRace coaches are familiar with the right amount of training, proper pace strategy, and appropriate race planning for every distance and for runners of every level. They will help you succeed no matter your goal.
