Caitlin Hudson

Mental Training Coach

Caitlin got into coaching the hard way, after being unable to run for nearly four years and having to find a new physical and mental approach to running. Running is supposed to make us feel good, yet so often training becomes a source of stress, or gives us more reasons to feel bad about ourselves. As if we need that!

Caitlin has been through it all - periods of underperforming for fear of trying too hard, faltering under the precarious nature of success, crying through years of injury, seeking perfection in everything... you name it. As a Mental Training Coach, Caitlin works with runners to find more fulfillment, confidence, and humor in the running process. We all say that running is a mental sport, but how many of us really train mentally with the same intention that we train physically?

Intuition, courage, patience, confidence, humility, curiosity These mental skills are harder to develop than strong glutes. Learn more at TendAthletics.com. RunTrainRace clients receive 15% off any of Caitlin's mental training coaching, including her program The Runner's Mastermind - the first group coaching program all about mental training for runners.
